Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season with their family and friends.

 

Can you believe the end of January marks the halfway point of the school year? The New Year brings new activities. Drama 2-4 will begin their rehearsals for “45 Minutes from Broadway” with a production date in April. Drama 5-8 has selected “Avenue Q” as this year’s production. Their auditions and rehearsals will begin in January, with a show date in April. Some of the upcoming events include a Snakes-n-Scales night, Getrude Hawk fundraiser, our annual Dr. Seuss breakfast/day, and our newest fundraiser, Market Day. Please keep checking our website for more information and the calendar for specific dates. Don’t forget to keep sending in your box tops, your child’s class could be the next winner.

 

The PTA needs many volunteers to run the remaining activities planned for the year. Please consider volunteering your time.  Please join us at our next meeting on January 9^th at 7:00PM in the school library and learn more about your PTA.
