Toy Camp Tech Schedule
Hello all,
Looks like we are confirmed for the following tech schedule for Toy Camp. I would recommend e-mails be sent to all the parents and I would post this schedule to the WebSite for the balance of our rehearsals.
December 1st 3:30PM-5:00PM
December 4th 3:30PM-5:00PM
( I do not think Chorus is in the gym this day, but I will double check)
December 8th 3:30PM-5:00PM
December 11th 3:30PM-4:30PM
Monday December 14th 3:30-5:30PM
Tuesday December 15th 3:30-5:30PM
Wednesday December 16th 3:30-7:30PM ( Do a run through of show in costumes - take costumes off and then have dinner brought in. After dinner one more run through of show)
Thursday December 17th 3:30-7:30PM ( Full Dress Rehearsal for 2 run throughs of the show. Have dinner brought in, we just need to make sure the children's costumes are covered)
Dinners should be arranged for that Wednesday and Thursday.
Lastly, I did contact Kevin ( our Video contact) and asked him to see if he could secure the show date. Once he confirms, we'll need someone to send out the Video Order Forms.

We are in need of a large cardboard box to make a Jack in the Box.
Prop Needs for K-2 Toy Camp:
1) Jack in the box box with crank on side (has to be big enough for a young girl to fit in & easiest would be if there was no bottom).
2) Any larger sized made toys. (big teddy bears, big blocks, oversized dolls-etc).
3) A rolling or larger sized chalk board with chalk & eraser.
4) Elvis Style Cape
